TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Booking Confirmation:
a. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
b. A deposit or full payment may be required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. c. Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email with the tour details.

Pricing and Payment:
a. The prices quoted for the sailing yacht tour are inclusive of all taxes, unless otherwise stated. b. Payment can be made through the accepted payment methods specified by the tour operator. c. Full payment must be received by the specified due date. Failure to do so may result in the cancellation of your booking.

Cancellation and Refunds:
a. Cancellation requests must be made in writing to the tour operator.
b. If the Tourist cancels the cruise, the Tourist will be required to pay the following cancellation penalties:
more than 45 days - 50% of the cruise cost;
less than 45 days - 100% of the cruise cost.
c. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to the cancellation policy and will be subject to any applicable fees.

Changes and Amendments:
a. Requests for changes to your booking, including dates, number of participants, or other tour details, must be made in writing to the tour operator.
b. The tour operator will make reasonable efforts to accommodate changes, subject to availability and any associated fees.

Travel Documents and Insurance:
a. It is the responsibility of the participants to ensure they possess valid passports, visas, and any other required travel documents for the sailing yacht tour.
b. Travel insurance is highly recommended to cover any unforeseen circumstances, including trip cancellation, medical emergencies, or loss of personal belongings.

Health and Safety:
a. Participants should be in good health and have the necessary physical fitness to participate in the sailing yacht tour.
b. Participants must follow the safety guidelines and instructions provided by the tour operator and yacht crew during the tour.
c. The tour operator and yacht crew reserve the right to deny participation or remove any participant who poses a risk to themselves or others.

Itinerary and Sailing Conditions:

a. The itinerary provided is subject to change due to weather conditions, unforeseen circumstances, or any other factors beyond the tour operator's control.
The tour operator and yacht crew reserve the right to modify the itinerary or make necessary substitutions to ensure the safety and enjoyment of all participants.

Liability and Limitations:
The tour operator shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, or delay caused by third parties, accidents, natural disasters, or any other unforeseen events.
Participants join the sailing yacht tour at their own risk and are responsible for their personal safety and belongings.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction:
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the USA.
Any disputes arising out of or in connection with the sailing yacht tour shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the USA.
