ITINERARY

Day 1.
Once you've settled into your accommodations aboard, immerse yourself in the local culture by spending your first evening at one of Nassau's popular bars. As the former home of notorious pirates, Nassau is a captivating destination with vibrant pastel-colored houses and a rich history. Take a leisurely stroll around town and consider a visit to the Pirates of Nassau museum to delve deeper into the area's intriguing past.

Day 2.
We will head towards Highborne Cay with its secluded beaches, which perfectly complement its upscale atmosphere and luxurious lodgings. Relax and recharge onboard or spend your day exploring the pristine waters by snorkeling and kayaking amidst the breathtaking scenery.

Day 3.
Today's journey involves a leisurely cruise to the serene and secluded Hawksbill Cay, where we'll spend the evening anchored on a mooring ball. This uninhabited island serves as the perfect respite from the bustling journey through the Exumas. With its soft sandy beaches and a trail that leads to the remnants of a Loyalist settlement from the 1700s, Hawksbill Cay is a peaceful destination that offers a wealth of natural and historical wonders to discover.

Day 4.
Staniel Cay is an absolute must-visit destination, boasting a vibrant underwater world teeming with colorful coral and marine life. To the west lies Thunderball Grotto, famous for its appearance in the James Bond film. Another noteworthy destination is Big Major Cay, also known as Pig Beach, a stunning white-sand island located northwest of Staniel Cay. This tranquil paradise is home to the famous swimming pigs of the Bahamas. Upon arrival, you'll be greeted with warm hospitality from the friendly resident pigs, who might even swim out to say hello and enjoy some vegetable scraps with you. Enjoy the peaceful atmosphere and secluded beauty of this unique destination.

Day 5.
Warderick Wells Cay is a pristine island that is included in the protected area of the Emerald Rock Land & Sea Park, which spans from Shroud Cay to Bell Cay. This protected park is the Caribbean's largest underwater sea park, with its thriving mangroves serving as a haven for an abundance of land and sea creatures. Once ashore, take some time to discover the island's 20 pristine beaches and soak in the breathtaking views of the surrounding waters.

Day 6.
Norman's Cay is a true hidden treasure, encircled by a magnificent coral reef. This island was once owned by the notorious drug smuggler Carlos Lehder, and one of his planes, now a sunken ruin, can be explored by snorkelers in just 10 feet of water. As you explore the plane wreckage, you'll be surrounded by a vibrant community of tropical fish and graceful sea turtles. Discover the rich history and underwater wonders of Norman's Cay during your visit to this spectacular destination.

We will make the most of our last day of sailing by rising early and cruising back to base, taking advantage of the opportunity to stop at Rose Island for one final refreshing swim before crossing into Nassau.
